Canada
Cyber Team Canada is formed from the top university and college students from across the country. Team members earn their right to represent Canada internationally by being on one of the winning teams at our Regional qualifiers held in November each year. These in-person events in Saint John, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver are attended by hundreds of students from every post-secondary cyber program nationally. They are sponsored by local and national Canadian companies who are engaged with, and ready to hire, the next generation of cyber leaders from among the winners of our regional events.
The winning teams from each region are then invited to Ottawa to compete in the CyberSci Canadian Nationals during a 4-day event in June each year. From there, the top students are chosen to represent Canada at international tournaments. We are proud to be one of the competitors at the 2023 IC3 event in San Diego.
